• Support of the institute management and the institute staff
• Administrative support for courses and examinations, student and lecturer support
• General secretarial tasks
• resource management

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma and relevant professional training in the field of office organisation/office management
• Comprehensive IT skills (MS Office, SAP, internal university programmes after training)
• Relevant work experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of university structures is an advantage
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• High quality and service standards
• Team and communication skills
• Structured, precise work
• Problem-solving skills; flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to undergo further training
