Job Description:

Your tasks:

  • You are the contact person for the administration of the teaching and study programmes at the Campus Technik
  • You monitor the budget available for the courses offered at a faculty
  • You have ongoing communication with the contact persons at faculty level (person responsible for the range of courses and studies, institutes)
  • You support us in general administrative matters

Your profile:

  • A-Level-Diploma or solid previous commercial training, especially in the field of administration and management or equivalent qualification,
  • German language skills at least at level C2
  • Knowledge of university structures, study law (UG 2002) and statutes of the University of Innsbruck as well as the university's internal IT programme (VIS:online) is an advantage
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office), especially in Excel
  • Reliable, integrative and communicative personality
  • Confident, friendly and well-groomed appearance
  • Strong communication, teamwork and co-operation skills
  • Proactive behaviour
  • Structured and analytical way of working
  • Problem-solving skills and careful, goal-orientated work
  • Willingness to undergo further professional training
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Interest in long-term employment

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.699 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
