Your tasks:

• Examination administration
• Customer management and close cooperation with study representatives, institutes, cooperation partners (external)

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship, technical college degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent knowledge of study law (statute part of study law provisions, UG) and of the curricula offered (current and expired);English language skills at level B2;excellent IT skills (MS Office) and excellent knowledge of VIS:online programmes in the area of student administration as well as knowledge of the university structure and study law
• Excellent knowledge of German at level C1
• Experience in administration and customer management (direct contact with people)
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, precision, communication skills and enjoy dealing with people; eager to learn and interested in new things; independent and precise working style

For this position in job group IIb, a minimum gross salary of 2.560 per month (14 times) is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
