Senior Scientist (Doctorate/PhD)
Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Collaboration in research activities or independent research
- Collaboration in research, teaching and administrative tasks of the respective organisational unit
- Independent organisation of courses in the field of clinical psychology and methodology, supervision of theses and examinations
- Maintenance
- Continuing education
Your profile:
- Completed relevant doctoral or PhD studies
- Completed training as a clinical psychologist and registration in the list of clinical psychologists of the Federal Ministry of Health
- Programming skills (Neurobs Presentation, Python, Matlab)
- Knowledge of GNU/Linux distributions, in particular Ubuntu Server
- Data analysis
- Operation of the MRI device for human examinations, incl. Screening for suitability for MRI examinations
- Positioning and positioning test subjects in the MRI using clear and precise instructions and assistance, taking into account the indication and special personal needs
- Perform the examination methods professionally and operate the MRI machine correctly based on knowledge of its structure and function
- Identification of typical pathology in the examination procedure
- Checking and observing the physical and mental condition of the subject before and during the examination
- Recognising life-threatening conditions and implementing first aid and emergency psychological measures
- High level of motivation and willingness to perform
- Organisational talent
- Ability to work in a team
- Leadership skills in dealing with students and test subjects
- Communication skills (German and English)
- Cooperation with researchers from the university
- Responsible behaviour
