Your tasks:

• Supervision of the institute library
• Administrative and teaching tasks
• Support in the organisation of events
• Participation in the self-administration

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship, technical college degree or equivalent qualification
• Interest in independent information gathering and problem solving
• IT application skills relevant to the workplace (Windows, MS Office)
• Independent, precise, reliable working style
• Very good German and spelling skills
• Experience in the field of library support or in the secretariat is an advantage
• Knowledge of university structures and application systems is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, friendliness and good manners
