Your tasks:

• Supervision of the institute secretariat; project administration; assistance with project invoicing; appointment management; support with travel planning; preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Material and resource management; ordering and invoicing via VIS:online; material and inventory management
• Support in teaching and research activities; administrative and secretarial work at the Institute of Sports Science; support in the organisation of events, conferences and congresses

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship, technical college degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in office organisation and administration
• Knowledge of university structures desirable
• Ability to work in a structured and analytical manner
• Very good knowledge of English desirable
• Sound IT user skills (MS Office and VIS:online an advantage)
• ability to work in a team
• Strong communication and co-operation skills
• Organisational talent and flexibility
• Problem solving skills
• Stability and resilience

For this position in job group IIb, a minimum gross salary of € 640 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
