• PhD in Information Systems
• Independent research in the field of Information Systems
• Independent teaching
• Team research
• Training and further education
• Administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed relevant Master's, Magister, or Diploma degree, preferably in Information Systems / Business Informatics or related fields such as Business Administration and Computer Science
• Strong interest in the following areas:
• Algorithmic management and its impact on work processes and decision autonomy
• Human-algorithm interaction, particularly in the context of Artificial Intelligence
• Human-centered design of information systems
• Dark sides of social networks: online manipulation, fake news, deep fakes
• Knowledge of and interest in empirical research methods (in particular experiments, questionnaires)
• Previous experience with eye-tracking is not necessary, but willingness to familiarise yourself with it is required
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with SPSS and R is desirable
• Very good language skills in both German and English
• A strong interest in pursuing a PhD is expected
