Your tasks:

• Dissertation in the field of Theoretical Quantum Matter and Quantum Nonequilibrium Theory
• Own research in the field of Nonequilibrium Quantum Matter
• Independent teaching in the field of theoretical physics
• Scientific publications
• Participation in conferences and congresses, advanced training courses
• Administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed Master's degree in physics with good academic performance, sound knowledge in the field of theoretical physics, detailed knowledge of the theory of quantum matter and quantum circuits, cross-connections to quantum information theory and non-equilibrium phase transitions, research work and research publications in the above-mentioned field desired
• Willingness to collaborate with the working group: Nonequilibrium Quantum Matter, ability to work in a team, social skills
• Please enclose written reflections on your dissertation project with your application (max. 5 pages)
