Mitarbeiter:in in der Chemikalienlogistik (CL) / DLE für Sicherheit und Gesundheit (SG)
Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Independent performance of administrative activities
- Requesting quotations and ordering working materials and empty containers
- Collaboration in chemicals management (ordering via a special software program for our institutes and organisational units)
- Budget management and account monitoring in SAP (invoice control, incoming and outgoing invoices)
- Organisation and management of materials and inventory
- Issuing of poison purchase authorisations
- Supervision of the branch offices and the business centre
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training with Matura (e.g. HAK, HBLA or equivalent qualification)
- Confident handling of MS Office and willingness to familiarise yourself with new software tools (e.g. Chemicals management)
- Interest in legal principles (Chemicals Act, Labelling Ordinance, Poisons Ordinance)
- Very good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English
- Class B driving licence
- Strong communication skills and team-orientated
- Independent and solution-orientated, even in stressful situations
- Reliable, responsible and service-orientated
- Open to new perspectives and with initiative

.For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.024 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
