Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Dissertation in the field of structure and design at the interface between architecture and computational volumetric design methods
• Independent research in the field of the dissertation
• Independent teaching
• Publication activities
• Training and further education
• Administration

Your profile:

• Completed Master's, Magister or Diploma degree in the field of architecture
• Excellent design and architectural design skills
• Extensive understanding of the interaction between design, construction, materialisation and digital methods
• Sound knowledge of the architectural discourse
• Excellent knowledge of digital design strategies and volumetric modelling methods
• Knowledge in the field of data-based modelling or machine learning is desirable
• International experience in teaching and/or professional practice is an advantage
• Strong teamwork and communication skills and strong interest in working with students
• A corresponding portfolio in digital form must be enclosed with the application

The minimum gross salary (stipulated by collective agreement) for 20 hours per week amounts to € 1.857 per month (14 times)*. The salary will be increased to € 2.785 for 30 hours per week once the dissertation agreement has been signed and sent to the Personnel Department. The salary will be higher if you have worked in a similar position before.
