Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Dissertation in the field of learning research/teacher education research
• Research in the field of qualitative modelling in teacher education/learning research
• Participation in the development and realisation of research projects as well as in publications
• Teaching in the area of educational science basics in the teacher training programme (secondary level general education)
• Collaboration in the conceptual and organisational development of the educational science foundations in teacher training (secondary level general education)
• Active participation in professional development programmes and events organised by the institute

Your profile:

• Strong competence in scientific theory and methodology
• Degree in Teacher Education (Master's/Diploma)
• Strong teamwork skills as well as active participation in the university context
• High conceptual and analytical skills
• High commitment in academic self-administration
• Ability to work under pressure and profound organisational skills
• Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1), knowledge of German (at least B1)
• Desirable: Competencies in empirical research, in particular experience in using qualitative analysis programmes

The minimum gross salary (stipulated by collective agreement) for 20 hours per week amounts to € 1.857 per month (14 times)*. The salary will be increased to € 2.785 for 30 hours per week once the dissertation agreement has been signed and sent to the Personnel Department. The salary will be higher if you have worked in a similar position before.
