Your tasks:

• Support implementation of ticket system
• User:inside support
• User documentation, training and public relations work
• Ongoing improvement of service processes
• Carrying out administrative tasks in the area of IT services

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification (e.g. Apprenticeship/training, technical college qualification, relevant work experience, additional training)
• Good general IT skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Good communication skills
• high resilience in stressful situations
• high reliability

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.699 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
