Your tasks:

• User support with a focus on exam consultations
• Advice on electronically supported examinations
• User documentation, training and public relations work
• Function and user testing
• Ongoing improvement of service processes

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification (e.g. Apprenticeship/training, relevant professional experience, additional training); good general IT skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Good communication skills
• high resilience in stressful situations
• High level of reliability

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of 1.619 per month (14 times) ^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
