Job Description:

Your tasks:

  • Dissertation in the field of teacher education and learning research
  • Participation in innovative research projects in a dedicated team in the teacher education/learning research working group
  • Participation in the development and realisation of research projects as well as in publications
  • Independent teaching activities in the field of teacher education (secondary level general education)
  • Collaboration in the conceptual and organisational development of the educational science foundations in teacher training (secondary level general education)
  • Collaboration in administrative and coordinative tasks at the institute
  • Active participation in professional development programmes and events organised by the institute

Your profile:

  • Strong competence in scientific theory and methodology
  • Degree in Teacher Education (Master's/Diploma)
  • Strong teamwork skills as well as active participation in the university context
  • High conceptual and analytical skills
  • High commitment in academic self-administration
  • Ability to work under pressure and profound organisational skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1), knowledge of German (at least B1); Desirable: knowledge of empirical/quantitative research, experience in using free programmes (R, LaTeX)
