Your tasks:

• Budget management, monitoring of accounts in SAP: checking incoming invoices, issuing outgoing invoices, travel expense reports, project invoices
• Ongoing project controlling and project management: servicing research projects in the area of project administration
• Resource management, staff recruitment for projects: Scheduling and room coordination, address database, inventory management
• Organisation and planning of conferences and seminars

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of university structures desirable
• SAP knowledge an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills (Word and Excel)
• Very good written and spoken German
