Your tasks:

• Administration of the range of courses offered at the Campus Technik of the University of Innsbruck
• Central contact person in the area of teaching programmes for academic staff and administrative institutions
• Administration of the teaching budget

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in an administrative field
• Confident handling of MS Office programmes
• excellent knowledge of German (at least C1)
• very good knowledge of English (at least B2)
• Proactive behaviour and confident appearance
• Ability to work in a team
