University Assistant (PhD position)

Job Description:

Your tasks:

  • Medical law
  • Own research
  • Independent teaching
  • Writing your own dissertation/organisation and administration/participation in research

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in law or business law (diploma or master's degree)
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Good knowledge of English and IT
  • above-average knowledge of Austrian civil law
  • Special research interest in medical and/or health law topics, good diploma thesis, ability for good scientific work/writing
  • Please enclose written reflections on your dissertation project with your application (max. 5 pages)
  • Ability to work in a team, helpfulness, sociability, reliability, ability to work independently, systematic thinking, precise work
  • Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the research area, qualifications from other scientific fields (e.g. Medicine, sociology, political science, economics...) are desirable

For this position, a minimum gross salary of € 2.786 per month (14 times)*. Is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
