Senior Lecturer (Doctorate/PhD)

Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Independent organisation of courses and holding of examinations at the Institute of Biochemistry (8 semester hours)
• Collaboration in research, teaching and administrative tasks
• Supervision of students incl. Supervision of bachelor theses
• Participation in organisational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures
• Continuing education

Your profile

• Completed relevant doctoral or PhD degree programme
• Habilitation in biochemistry
• Several years of experience in research-led teaching, in particular in the delivery of main lectures in biochemistry and biochemical methods for chemistry and pharmacy students (Bachelor and Master) as well as the organisation and didactic development of biochemical practical courses
• Proof of continuous publication activity in the current field of biochemistry is desirable
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
