Your tasks:

• Independent commercial and tourism management and further development of the Obergurgl University Centre in line with the objectives of the University of Innsbruck
• Responsibility for a high standard of guest service and quality of stay
• Management and development of a team of 19 dedicated employees
• Marketing and communication
• Infrastructure maintenance and F&B management

Your profile:

• Relevant completed vocational training (business administration, tourism or hotel industry), several years of experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge in the areas of budgeting, cost accounting, forecasting, personnel management and employee management
• MS Office user knowledge
• High affinity for social media, e-commerce and marketing
• Confident and friendly demeanour
• Business fluent in German and English
• Flexibility in terms of time

For this position in job group IVa, a minimum gross salary of € 3.390 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
