Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Coordination of the project "Implementation of an archive information system (archive software)":
• Development of university-wide archiving standards

Your profile:

• Completed doctorate/PhD in history or another humanities or cultural studies subject
• Archival training and general knowledge of the historical development of university administrative structures
• Knowledge of archival methods and standards in the digital environment, archival law, cataloguing and evaluation
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German (C2) and English (C1)
• Desirable: knowledge of Latin, Italian and French
• Experience in the management and implementation of projects
• Comprehensive IT skills in MS Office, specialised databases and information sources as well as in dealing with social media
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Independent and autonomous working style
• Service-orientation, quality awareness and innovative spirit
• Strong social skills, ability to work in a team and flexibility

For this position in job group IVa, a minimum gross salary of € 3.390 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
