Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Head of Service Desk department
- Cross-departmental coordination and management
- Analysing, planning and developing IT systems and services
- Organisational development
Your profile:
- Completed diploma or master's degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. Specialised A-Level-Diploma with specialist knowledge or relevant professional experience)
- Experience in managing organisational units or leading projects,
- Knowledge and practical experience in project management and service management
- Very good understanding of the state of the art in the field of activity, extensive planning and organisational skills, analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking
- Experience in customer support and documentation; very good knowledge of German and English
- Advantageous: knowledge of university processes
- Leadership skills, strong teamwork and communication skills, ability to promote and develop employees, independent and structured working style with a high willingness to learn in the area of management and leadership, high reliability, high degree of service orientation

.For this position in job group IVa, a minimum gross salary of € 3.390 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
