2+ years of experience in a similar role in recruiting, and/or previous experience in an international, high volume recruitment environment
Experience with online sourcing techniques and usage of state-of-the-art sourcing tools
Market knowledge and business understanding in certain markets (media/digital/communications)
Excellent understanding of and passion for the Red Bull brand and its products
Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with candidates and stakeholders at various levels within the company
Highly efficient and effective organizational and project planning/ management skills
Substantial experience leveraging social media, community sites, industry groups, and online sourcing platforms to connect with hard to reach candidates
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
A networker who is open-minded and innovative, with a ‘can do’ attitude while focused on delivering results.
A sense of humour is an asset
