Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Supervising the maintenance of buildings and technical facilities
- Carrying out small manual tasks (e.g: Replacing light bulbs, maintenance of door and window locks))
- Sharing responsibility for safety, including carrying out regular safety inspections and complying with safety regulations
- Control of cleaning work
- Maintenance of outdoor facilities, including maintenance of green areas
- Gardening and winter maintenance (snow clearing, gritting)
- Co-creation and maintenance of maintenance and inspection plans
- Carrying out other activities to maintain the proper operation of the buildings
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship in the skilled trades or equivalent qualification
- Work experience is an advantage
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Basic computer skills
- B driving licence
- Good written and spoken German
- Flexibility and commitment
- Team and communication skills
- Friendly and competent demeanour

For this position in job group IIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.421 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
