Your tasks:

• Quality assurance in your own area
• Independent personnel administration
• Advising and answering enquiries from project managers and project staff
• Calculation of personnel costs

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• A-levels or equivalent qualification; knowledge of payroll accounting and employment and labour law
• SAP HR, foreign languages, university organisational structure, general IT knowledge
• Accuracy, discretion, good teamwork and communication skills; service-orientated thinking; ability to work under pressure, willingness to perform

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.699 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
