Job Description:

Your tasks:

• research in the areas of the research group "Dynamics of Work, Care and Gender at the Institute of Sociology"
• Independent teaching of courses (German and English) and holding of examinations
• Supervision of students, including supervision of theses
• Collaboration in administrative tasks of the institute
• Continuing education
• Knowledge transfer (third mission)

Your profile:

• Doctorate in sociology (or relevant doctorate)
• Relevant research experience in at least one of the following areas Sociology of Work, Care Research
• Methodological expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative methods
• high-quality publications
• Ability to connect to the research areas represented at the Institute of Sociology
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Desirable: Teaching experience
• Desirable: Experience in acquiring third-party funding
