Your tasks:

• Supervision and care of the maintenance of the property
• Carrying out small manual tasks (e.g. Replacing light bulbs, maintaining door and window locks)
• Sharing responsibility for safety, including carrying out regular safety inspections and complying with safety regulations
• Control of cleaning work
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities including winter maintenance
• Carrying out other activities to maintain the proper operation of the buildings

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship in the skilled trades or equivalent qualification
• Work experience is an advantage
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Basic computer skills
• B driving licence
• Good written and spoken German
• Flexibility and commitment
• Team and communication skills
• Friendly and competent demeanour
