Your tasks:

• Supporting the institute management
• Independent and autonomous management of all resources of the Nägerl working group
• third-party funding management
• Participation in the organisation of events

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Commercial experience desirable
• Very good language skills (written and spoken German and English)
• Confidence in appropriate communication
• Very good research skills
• Very good organisational skills
• Project management experience desired (time and resource planning)
• Very good IT skills in the usual Office programmes
• Proactive behaviour and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a structured and analytical manner
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• confident demeanour
• Excellent communication skills
