  • substitute employee - 40 Stunden/Woche

Job Description:

Your tasks:

  • Pre-entry and posting of incoming invoices
  • Formal checking of documents in the accounts payable area in compliance with the dual control principle
  • Reviewing open items
  • Involvement in reconciliation tasks
  • Providing information and service to business partners and internal organisational units

Your profile:

  • Completed Matura or equivalent qualification, preferably HAK-Matura; professional experience in accounting an advantage, experience in using SAP and MS Office (Excel) desirable, very good knowledge of German (language level C2);
  • Team skills, communication skills, willingness to learn, accuracy and reliability, ability to work under pressure and stress stability

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.599 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
