Job Description:

Your tasks: Are you ready to take on this new challenge?

• Ongoing personnel administration for academic staff at the University of Innsbruck
• Preparation of payrolls
• Drafting employment contracts
• Calculating personnel costs
• Maintaining digital personnel files
• Serving as the contact person for labor, social, and tax law matters

Your profile:

• you have a school-leaving certificate (preferably with a focus on commerce) or an equivalent qualification
• you have an excellent command of both German and English
• you work with great precision
• you also enjoy working in a team and within a large organization

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.599 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
