Job Description:
Your tasks: Are you ready to take on this new challenge?
- Ongoing personnel administration for academic staff at the University of Innsbruck
- Preparation of payrolls
- Drafting employment contracts
- Calculating personnel costs
- Maintaining digital personnel files
- Serving as the contact person for labor, social, and tax law matters
Your profile:
- you have a school-leaving certificate (preferably with a focus on commerce) or an equivalent qualification
- you have an excellent command of both German and English
- you work with great precision
- you also enjoy working in a team and within a large organization

. For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.599 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
