Customer Service Representative in Athens, Greece

Key responsabilities:

  • Maintaining the quality and efficiency in the Client Service Centre by consistently monitoring CSSs’ transactions
  • Evaluating customer service system based on monthly performance reports and trends
  • Assisting associates with customer situations by offering guidance and solutions on a daily basis
  • Meeting with team on a monthly basis to evaluate the monthly results and discuss future goals
  • Meeting with ACM on a daily basis to plan and review department performance
  • Managing, motivating and inspiring team
  • Analyzing operational trends and supporting the team members to improve their performance
  • Communicating and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa

Was wir erwarten:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Native speaker in on of the following languages: Turkish, Italian, Romanian, Swedish, Danish, Slovak, Polish, Czech, Hebrew
  • Proficient level in English
  • 1 year experience in CSS (customer service system)
  • Ability to use Internet applications
  • Usage of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
