Chief Operations Officer / Project manager

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

Develop design patterns, layouts, wireframes and graphics for running projects. Content management of project Facebook pages with text and graphics. Coordination and execution of PR activities, community and content management for social media.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

·         User experience and usability development for mobile apps and websites

·         Creation and design of advertisements material

·         Social Media monitoring

·         Social Media content creation

·         Mobile / Web / Technology research

·         Graphical design

KEY RESULTS

·         Graphical design realisation on actual design standards

·         Positive relationships with project partners

·         Up-to-date  Social Media Reporting

·         Engaging online community management

·         Visualisations, Layouts, Wireframes, Screen designs for web and mobile applications

CONSULTS WITH

·         Chief Operations Officer

·         Project manager

·         External project partners

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

·         Full-time / part-time

·         1 month probation period

·         2 months limited contract (transformed to an undated contract)

·         Payment according to wage agreement; customary overpay related to qualification and          experience

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, economics, business informatics·1 year’s work experience in a relevant position marketing and design

·Advanced Photoshop knowledge

·Photography skills

·Basic knowledge on web and app development

·Profound understanding of usability and user experience

·Profound understanding on usage of Social Media

·Exceptional writing skills

·Well-organised and self-motivated

·High degree of creativity

·Fundamental understanding of marketing and design

·Language: German, fluent or native English
