In this exciting role, you will be responsible for product and application support for our state-of-the-art XSI products, in particular CAMEO. Your responsibilities as a support expert will range from commissioning and acceptance testing to initial implementation, training, and personal support for selected customers. You will actively shape pilot application projects and act as feature owner for innovative product features. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product and application support for XSI-Products (CAMEO)
• Commissioning, acceptance test, first introduction, trainings
• Expert Support - personal agent for designated customers
• Realization of pilot application projects, take open issues + new requirements
• Feature owner for new product features
• Support of test engineers in the simulator environment
• Support sales activities with technical customer presentations and demonstrations
• Building a knowledge bridge to the assigned application partners in the AVL Affiliate

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (secondary technical college, university of applied sciences or university of technology) in the fields electronics, mechanical engineering, controller engineering or similar and willingness to learn the missing parts out of other disciplines
• Experience in powertrain, e-drive, calibration, ADAS, simulation, customer support, commissioning is advantageous
• Experience with e-drive, fuel cells, traction battery and hybrid powertrain as well as ECU/xCU-calibration and vehicle driveability assessment/application and technical publications (papers/conferences) is advantageous
• Good appearance, teamplayer
• Good German and English knowledge
• Willingness to travel worldwide (max. 30%)

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50,400.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
