The Industrial Engineer ensures the effective and efficient production of products and their assemblies in various manufacturing stages. Cost and quality awareness are the main objective.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Definition and further development of an NPI (New Product Introduction) process with focus on industrialization projects
• Planning/management of the transfer of new products into series production according to the NPI process
• Development/optimization of production processes with a focus on process reliability
• Implementation of change management, processing of technical changes
• Establishment of process, tooling and communication interfaces with external manufacturers
• Product costing
• Analysis and optimization of manufacturing and material costs, cost breakdowns
• Performing/moderating process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (HTL / University / FH) in the field of electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering
• First professional experience in the field of industrialization of new products is desirable
• Knowledge in project management, cost accounting (manufacturing costs), FMEA and risk analysis
• Good SAP knowledge is desirable and MS-Office knowledge is a prerequisite
• Good communication skills, organizational and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €47.600,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
