YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the operating team for Jira Service Management used as Enterprise Service Management tool your tasks include

• Supporting the product owner of Enterprise Service Management
• Processing of tickets as 2nd level support
• Managing of Cisco video conference systems, assistance, and support for digital events

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship with A-Levels (Matura) or successful completion of a technical or business school (Secondary Technical College-HTL/ Secundary Business College-HAK/HLW) with interest in computer science/information technology, communication technologies 
• Good team and communication skills
• Knowledge of JIRA, Jira Service Management, Confluence, MS Teams would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €36.000,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
