YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure professional and sustainable technical training and education
• Conduct technical trainings for customers as well as for AVL service personnel to improve their current knowledge level
• Continuous development of own knowledge in connection with AVL product development
• Supporting customers with their individual requirements regarding test and/or measurement tasks on site
• Creation of training courses, especially providing training material, practical exercise examples, training evaluations as well as ensuring high training quality
• Evaluation of service engineers with regard to their further development within the framework of an individual development process
• Maintenance of training equipment
• Planned focus in the field of test bench & automation

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical education (Secondary Technical college / FH / TU) in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation engineering
• Relevant professional experience as a trainer in the field of technology, preferably in the automotive industry, desirable
• Very good knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
• Confident appearance during presentations
• High communication skills
• Skills for professional knowledge transfer are desirable

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53.200,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
