We support the Division Group Marketing of Raiffeisen Bank International AG with the seat in Vienna.
We are looking now for curious and hardworking students (f/m/x) to strengthen our team.

 Your role with us on the team   
  • You will handle different administrative activities (meeting scheduling and coordination, telephone and e-mail correspondence, etc.)
  • You will support the team with planning meetings, reports, creating presentations …
  • You will learn from our cross-functional and multicultural team
  • You will plan business travels
  • You will order office supplies
  • You will organize the Christmas post    
  • You will support and be the backup of the Division Manager Assistant

This job is made for you, if...
  • You are actively studying at a University
  • You have a very good command of German and your English is so good that you want to perfect it in an international environment
  • You have very good MS Office skills (esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and you do not find it difficult to work with various IT tools and applications
  • You are proactive and have an independent and result-oriented attitude, strong commitment and motivation
  • You like to work with To-Do Lists
  • You are available to support the team in the afternoon
