Assistant for Vehicle, Transmissions & EDU/E-Axle f/m/d (maternity leave replacement)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assistance function for the department manager and the team
- Scheduling & coordination (meetings, workshops, conferences, etc.)
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of appointments
- Handling all correspondence such as business letters, emails, invoices, expenses, appointments, etc.
- Independent creation of presentation documents, graphics, messages, etc.
- Creation, preparation and control of documents and evaluations
- Planning and coordination of customer visits
- Travel organization
- Control of the cost center as well as support in planning
YOUR PROFILE:

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €36,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
