What's the role?

The role is part of our multinational marketing team to create a sustainable growth directly at the customer by taking ownership and proactively managing the customer journey along our Ventilated Façade product portfolio in alignment with our strategy and acts as a knowledge resource for our market organizations in terms of Ventilated Façade systems.

Our site in Lanzenkirchen, based in the south of Vienna, is Hilti´s Competence Center for Ventilated Façade and Installation Systems such as Pipe clamps and Heavy modular systems. What does the role involve?

You will be in charge for our ventilated façade product portfolio, for which you will lead the development, implementation and execution of impactful marketing content in strong alignment with the market organizations to drive the competences in the façade business. Further, you will be responsible to address uncovered gaps within the customer journey by developing compelling product visions and sustainable proposals during the idea and innovation process. This role also indicates strong projects involvement by ensuring that all required marketing inputs e.g. sales, competition, KPIs, etc. are delivered on time and marketing process tasks are executed along the project flow successfully including the continuous verification of the value proposition. Monitoring of product launches, defining of measurements and collaborating with cross functional teams are part of your everyday work as well.

What you need is:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration field and 2+ years professional working experience in Marketing (ideally in the field of product marketing)
  • Experience in agile product (hardware, software or service) development is beneficial
  • Proven track record in B2B sales environment, ideally in direct sales environment
  • Fundamental understanding of stakeholder roles in construction industry and processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 20%

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in metal trade, employment group IV which states a monthly minimum salary of € 2.977,96 for a full-time position (38,5h/week). But we will offer you a salary package highly above the collective agreement salary, starting with a minimum annual gross salary of € 65.500 (All In; incl. 13 th ,   14 th , and bonus payment). Compensation is, of course, based on your individual qualifications and position relevant professional experience.
