The Specialist Project Management Office (PMO) supports the global project organization by improving and supporting the existing portfolio reporting, providing ad-hoc analysis and focusing on continuous improvement within the project management process. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and improving existing Power BI dashboards
• Providing ad-hoc analysis
• Development of dashboards and features based on stakeholder requirements
• Collaboration with the database developers to specify and test user stories
• Providing training and support to dashboard users
• Development of KPIs and root cause analysis of process durations
• Providing recommended actions based on analysis
• Monitoring and improving of data quality
• Administrative tasks within the PMO

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with comparable experience in a relevant field
• Experience with BI tools is an advantage (Power BI, Tableu etc.)
• Experience with DAX is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in project and process management
• Basic knowledge in Business Intelligence and Reporting
• Solid knowledge of functions and calculations with tables
• Critical and analytical mindset and passion for data
• Demand for continuous improvement
• Willingness to acquire knowledge independently
• Fluent written and spoken English

Annual Remuneration: The employment will be via a personnel service provider. Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46,410.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
