Embedded in an international environment, you will have the opportunity to show your technical know-how while working in a team on highly complex ventilated façade projects with an order volume > 5.000 m2.

Our site in Lanzenkirchen, based in the south of Vienna, is Hilti´s Competence Center for Ventilated Façade and Installation Systems such as Pipe clamps and Heavy modular systems. As part of our Business Unit Installation, we provide product development, supply, marketing and engineering. Our highly motivated international team works together with colleagues from all over the world in an entrepreneurial environment to bring innovative new products to the market. The special atmosphere at our site is the result of heterogeneous teams, personal performance, teamwork and mutual support.
- Technical analyses, determination of economically competitive solutions and creation of offers & quotations based on information from customers/Hilti sales team (checklists, drawings, BOMs etc.) for different international (new) markets
- Provide installation drawings in AutoCAD
- Static analyses and verification with Hilti facade software
- Project tracking and documentation per CRM software, telephone and e-mail incl. independent and self-managed technical advice to customers and suppliers
- Identify, prioritize and address areas for continuous improvement in-line with team and department priorities
- Escalate and resolve delivery and quality issues in collaboration with supply management, materials management and production to ensure on-target project delivery

What you need is:
- Master’s Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering discipline
- Min. 5 years working experience in engineering
- Knowledge in systems design and verification
- Extensive knowledge about relevant tools and methods, considering Eurocode and transnational codes
- Project management skills, especially in specified technical areas
- Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory, German is a plus

- Support to support the company`s overall strategy of being an active player in the global Ventilated Façade project business by maximizing the impact of our existing and planned offering of services, software, and hardware.
This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in metal trade, employment group III which states a monthly minimum salary of € 2.977,96 for a full-time position (38,5h/week). But we will offer you a salary package highly above the collective agreement salary, starting with a minimum annual gross salary of € 64.800 (All In; incl. 13 th ,
14 th and bonus payment). Compensation is, of course, based on your individual qualifications and position relevant professional experience.
