Technical writers create product-/system-accompanying documentation. They act as communicators between various parties, they research and create content and work in all areas of software, hardware and system documentation. Major goals are simplifying complex subjects and providing accurate content at the right time with the relevant scope for specific target groups.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Continous improvement of product and system know-how through research and engagement with the product and system which has to be documentated
• Information research
• Information design
• Target group oriented generation of content 
• Self dependent work on documentation projects
• Independent project management in coordination with product/project management and development/engineering according to internal and customer specifications

YOUR PROFILE:

• Qualification as technical writer and/or technical or linguistic background
• Experience in the field of technical documentation with the ability to clearly structure complex technical contexts, to prepare them didactically and to formulate them in a target-group oriented way
• Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
• Strong communication skills (research, target group-oriented preparation of information), ability to work in a team
• Excellent written and spoken language skills (German and English)

Annual Remuneration: The employment takes place via a personnel service provider. Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €47,600.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
