YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for global lead and opportunity management of Value-Added-Services (VAS)
• Drives business for non-transactional services which adds value to customer testing operation, such as Managed Service Contracts (e.g., CARE), Application Services, Training and Digital Services to meet short and midterm business targets
• Engage with Affiliates (CS Sales/Service Team/ABM-S) to actively identify customer/market needs (customer pain points and requirements) in order to develop Value Added Services (VAS) business (stand-alone or as part of comprehensive service programs)
• Train Affiliate organizations on explaining and selling VAS
• Actively support Affiliates and BU-stakeholders in identifying and qualifying leads for VAS and turning them into opportunities

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical/economical education (HTL/FH/TU)
• At least 5 years of experience in the operation and/or support of test facilities
• Knowledge of testing processes and methodologies 
• Service management knowledge is an advantage 
• Experience with Salesforce of advantage 
• Intercultural skills as well as customer and solution orientation
• Very good communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent English and German

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €68,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
