YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistance function for the department manager and the team
• Appointment planning & coordination (meetings, workshops, conferences etc.)
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of appointments
• Independent preparation of presentation documents, graphics, communications, etc.
• Planning and coordination of customer visits
• Travel organization
• Control of the cost center as well as support in planning

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed commercial education (LAP, HAK, FH or comparable)
• Professional experience in the field of assistance or team assistance
• Experienced handling of all MS-Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP advantageous
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Independent comprehension of tasks and derivation of possible solutions
• Independent, structured and accurate working style
• Distinct communicative and social competence
• Ability to organize and work in a team
• Enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and expanding your range of tasks
• Open-minded and flexible towards new tasks
• Interest in new challenges
• Assertiveness and absolute discretion

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €35,980.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
