YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactive new and further development of Lean Management methods and tools for production and manufacturing processes 
• Establish a new production system based on Lean Methodology
• Establish a Governence Model
• Implementation of standardized methods and tools together with those responsible in existing production areas, including assessments and audits 
• Organization and implementation of trainings on the shop floor 
• Definition and analysis of measured variables as the basis for continuous improvement 
• Presentation and training of methods and concepts 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed degree or training (HTL, FH, TU) in a technical or economic field 
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in the area of production and manufacturing or plant engineering 
• Hands-on experience in implementing Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
• Experience in a global program management
• Experience in project management as well as presentation skills 
• Ability to handle a program cross-boarders and with multicultural stakeholders
• Good command of MS Office software 
• SAP (R3) knowledge is an advantage
• Assertive yet empathetic leadership style 
• Communication skills at different levels of stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €68,000.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
