In this role you will support the Regional Business Manager with service offerings starting from trainings, spare parts, factory services to regular maintenance work. Moreover you will support the processes and quality of AVL's global service operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support of the Regional Business Manager in planning and estimating service concepts
• Independent control of all service orders (resource estimation, resource planning, operational implementation) AVL systems and equipment
• Supervision of commissioning, system analyses, fault analyses, repairs, maintenance work to be carried out by AVL service staff on AVL systems and equipment
• Coordination of cooperation within the group of companies, with engineers of technical units and external suppliers
• Regular communication with senior management, project management, technical sales support and sales department
• Continuous improvement of processes and quality of service delivery
• Close cooperation with sales, order processing, logistics, support

YOUR PROFILE:

• Secondary technical college (HTL) , Technical University or technical college in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in customer service
• Experience in handling AVL products from measurement technology, automation and test bench mechanics is an advantage
• Very good SAP knowledge
• High problem solving competence and solution orientation
• Self-confident, friendly appearance and very good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €57.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
