YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and optimization of the global AVL supplier master data and processes in coordination with the purchasing organizations, but also with customer master data managers, finance and IT
• Ensuring operational master data processes with focus on high quality data maintenance (attachments, changes, cleansing) within a global database
• Application and support of further development of relevant AVL master data and purchasing process tools (such as SAP, SRM supplier portal) in the role of a key user and as a support function of AVL Purchasing
• Point of contact for supplier-related data topics and evaluations
• Support of the purchasing organization in master data development
• System-supported further development and safeguarding of purchasing topics relevant to master data, such as credit rating information, document management, process automation, etc.
• Support for internal purchasing training courses on supplier master data
• Coordination as well as communication with IT and other affected departments within the scope of data and process projects

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial training (commercial college or similar)
• Experience in the area of SAP master data and/or supply chain management is advantageous
• SAP knowledge (module MM)
• Accurate and reliable way of working and customer orientation 
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46,410.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
