YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistant to the EVP Global Business Development & International Operations
• Scheduling/coordination of dates, appointments and events (meetings, workshops, conferences, etc.)
• Self-directed preparation of presentation documents, graphic charts, publications, notices, etc.
• Planning and coordination of customer visits
• Travel planning and accounting of travel expenses in SAP
• Supervising the cost center and support in planning

YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial qualification and several years of professional experience (university of applied sciences, commercial college or similar)
• Versed and experienced in all MS-Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written command of English
• Independent understanding of tasks and own initiative in finding solutions
• Pronounced communication and social skills
• Organizational and teamwork skills
• Assertiveness and absolute discretion

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
