Assistant to the Executive Vice President f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assistant to the EVP Global Business Development & International Operations
- Scheduling/coordination of dates, appointments and events (meetings, workshops, conferences, etc.)
- Self-directed preparation of presentation documents, graphic charts, publications, notices, etc.
- Planning and coordination of customer visits
- Travel planning and accounting of travel expenses in SAP
- Supervising the cost center and support in planning
YOUR PROFILE:
- Commercial qualification and several years of professional experience (university of applied sciences, commercial college or similar)
- Versed and experienced in all MS-Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written command of English
- Independent understanding of tasks and own initiative in finding solutions
- Pronounced communication and social skills
- Organizational and teamwork skills
- Assertiveness and absolute discretion

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
