YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical support for AVL Data post-processing solutions in the global customer environment (AVL CONCERTO). 
• Problem analysis, processing and follow-up of customer requests (internal & external) 
• Reproduction of errors / customer specific use cases 
• Conducting trainings for colleagues of the 1 Level Support, for customers and direct contact person in the AVL Hotline
• Product presentation for existing customers

YOUR PROFILE:

• Graduates with an affinity for software and problem solving in the area of data analysis
• Professional experience in the IT area is advantageous
• Ideal programming experience with Python, .Net 
• Strong communication skills

The employment is provided by a personnel service provider. Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €42.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
