Tier 1 Technical Support (m/w/d) in Wien

As a Tier 1 Support Analyst, you will be expected to execute our support processes to help our customers (both in the retail and industrial sectors) in their queries and tasks in an optimal manner.

One of our key differentiating factors is the way we assist, support and guide our customers to achieve their goals. To this effect, we are looking to strengthen our Tier 1 technical support team with new analysts to continue providing timely service to our customers.

As a Tier 1 Support Analyst, you will be expected to execute our support processes to help our customers (both in the retail and industrial sectors) in their queries and tasks in an optimal manner.

YOUR TASKS

  • Monitoring the support queues for new and incoming tickets
    Troubleshooting incoming issues and proposing solutions
  • Escalating tickets that need further attention
  • Coordinating with other teams regarding issue investigation and solution
  • Answering queries related to technical operations, billing and general product use
  • Monitoring the entire support execution within given guidelines, and alerting when this is not possible

Extra Informationen

We are offering 2 positions

  • A part time role on a 20 hours per week basis, with a gross salary of €1.020/month, 14 monthly salaries
  • A full time role on a 40 hours per week basis, with a gross salary of €2.040/month, 14 monthly salaries and willingness to overpay based on your qualifications
