In project operations  we realize solution from test systems up to complete Test Centers for our customers in order to enable the transformation . 
These test centers consists of highly complex test systems, building services and the building itself.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creation of innovative and competitive concepts in bidding.
• Elaboration of layouts, offers, system descriptions and calculations on a global level.
• Proactive coordination with partners in the phase of offer preparation ( internal specialists and teams, external suppliers, etc.) as well as coordination of the offer team
• Direct communication with our customers, partners and suppliers
• Collaboration with project management and engineering team in transitioning the project from sales to the  project execution. Further exchange of experiences  continuously with the project manager and lead engineer during the project.
• Post calculation of executed systems and creation/maintenance of reference quotations (offers?)
• Support in Marketing activities

YOUR PROFILE:

• Higher technical college or a graduated study at a university of technology or university of applied sciences or comparable educational -  background in one ore more of the following areas:   techncial building technology, supply engineering / process engineering / mechanical engineering
• Experience in the preparation of technical offers, ideally in the field of technical building technology, process engineering or mechanical engineering
• Ideally experience in media planning , CAD (Autocad, Autodesk Revit, E-Plan, ev. Solid Works)
• Pronounced skills in communication, organzation and coordination
• Proficient language skills in English and German, Other language skills are an advantage

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €42.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
